A Skid Tank that almost operates itself. The AquaMaster 4000 makes work easier by being so reliable and easy-to-use that owners use it more than originally intended, meaning they can take on bigger jobs without taking on more stress.
The AquaMaster 4000 has to be one of the easiest to use skid tanks ever. We’ve made it that way on purpose, because we know users want all the advantages of high-volume water applications without the high-stress headaches.
Designed to be tied down on the back of a flat deck truck or tipper truck, it can be quickly transported to wherever it’s needed. And unlike some models out there, the AquaMaster 4000 is robust and dependable, so you don’t need to worry about damage when moving it from vehicle to vehicle – we’ve made it to be used. We’ve also added camlock fittings to the tank for quick and easy refills, so the hard work can continue without interruption.
The AquaMaster 4000 comes equipped with a 25m hose that’s easy to unreel and long enough to reach those tricky areas, where the adjustable nozzle can go to work and spray water where needed. There are even integrated dust suppression nozzles – great for the easy application of water on road maintenance patches or for preparing small yards for sealing. And for dust suppression, of course!
Finally, there’s even the option of a water on/off remote control feature, allowing the water flow to be controlled for dust suppression without the operator needing to step outside the cab of their vehicle.

Any ute or small commercial vehicle (e.g. Toyota Hilux, Ford Ranger) with a minimum towing capacity of 2,500 kg. The AquaMaster 2000 comes with dual hitch coupling - both 1-7/8 inch and 50mm tow balls - so no adaptor is needed for standard NZ work vehicles.
For regular use across multiple jobs, owning an AquaMaster 2000 typically gives a faster return than ongoing hire costs. For occasional or one-off use, hire may make more sense. Drain and culvert cleaning, dust suppression on road maintenance and construction sites, surface cleaning (graffiti, lichen, moss), paint prep and bridge maintenance, machinery washing, tree watering, soil compaction water, pipe testing, concrete work in remote locations, core drilling cooling, and firefighting support, and more. It runs two independent pumps: a 3,500 PSI water blaster and a 120 L/min high-flow flood jet.
A skid tank (AquaMaster 4000 and 6000) sits on a flat frame secured to a truck deck - it has no wheels and cannot be towed independently. A trailer water cart (AquaMaster 2000) has its own axle and can be towed by any suitable ute. Skid tanks suit contractors running flat deck or tipper trucks who need higher volume. Trailer carts suit teams who need to move the cart between different vehicles independently.
