Overview
The SweepMaster is our tractor mounted road sweeper with a built-in dust suppression system and unique brush-saving technology. Both save you time and money.
The first thing you notice when climbing into the cabin of the SweepMaster is that it feels right. You can see everything that’s going on. You’ll also breathe easy, not just because the first impressions reinforce the purchase decision (although they do that too) but because you’ll discover the spacious air conditioned cab is complemented with 4 cabin filters to maintain good clean airflow even in the most dusty, throat tickling conditions.
Next up are the smart controls. They feel right because we spent time researching where they need to be. Everything is within easy reach, clearly labelled and designed to get results. For example, the Broom Drive Lever has a constant Drive position so you don’t need to hold the broom down once you’re up and running. That means you can concentrate your hands on steering and driving the tractor over any uneven bumps, lumps and hollows.

Spacious cabin with great visibility and user-friendly controls so you can focus on the job at hand.
Bigger really is Better
With a large 200 litre dust suppression tank, there’s the water you need to keep dust under control whatever your weather conditions. Also, the big tank reduces the number of times that you need to fill it up, meaning you have water available exactly when you need it and prevents you from having to stop the job to fill up so regularly, as is the case with typical sweepers and their 100 litre tanks. This is one of the reasons feedback is good for the MasterSweeper – it keeps you working on the job at hand and running around trying to get everything ready so you can work on the job.

More Bang for Your Sweeper Brush
The special Master Machinery broom mechanism applies pressure where it’s needed and eases off when it’s not, using a dynamic sweeping action as opposed to a mopping one, improving effectiveness and efficiency. This prolongs the life of the brushes considerably for a better return on investment and whole-life cost benefit of the machine. In fact, many of our machines do over 100 hours between brush set changes. Longer use from every brush not only saves you money in brush replacement, it also saves you the time and labour cost of changing out your brush.
Another feature we’re proud of is the reverse brush setting. It makes cleaning debris from around walls or buildings There’s no longer any need to pick up a broom. With the Master Sweeper you can reverse your brush direction, flick the broom into reverse and easily sweep and clear mess away from walls or buildings.
Call it the SafetyMaster
It really is. We know your team’s safety is important and we made the SweepMaster with their safety in mind. There’s all the compliance features you’d expect and a few we’ve added because we think they’re important.
Each SweepMaster comes with a fire extinguisher, reversing alarm, flashing beacon, and work safety information sheet. There’s everything needed to keep the operator safe from the very first use. Although we think one of the most important safety aspects of the SweepMaster is how easy it is to use. There is no big learning curve because we want to keep your team fully safe from Day 1.
So is the SweepMaster right for your job?
If you need it to squeeze into tight corners it is. But it’s also right for the jobs clearing wide spaces. In fact, we think it’s possibly the most versatile and easy-to-operate sweeper there is, and we’ve seen it used in all sorts of situations…
Packhouse & Production Facilities
These typically have both tight corners and tight turns, both of which the SweepMaster excels in thanks to the design and tight-turning circle. They also have large production areas, where the SweepMaster can clean up quickly in a cost effective way. We’ve seen the SweepMaster clear production facilities much quicker than the alternatives.
Roading & Construction Sites
Forget about the perils of dust and dirt. The SweepMaster keeps the enemy of all construction and roading sites safely at bay thanks to the dust-suppressions system. It efficiently gathers up loose debris and moves it aside so it doesn’t pollute the air around you or mess up the next stage of your project, with the dust suppressing water feature ensuring that even on windy days, dust levels are kept down so the team can keep working without delay.

Keeping the Yard Clean.
Fleet rotations and machines coming and going is a quick way to build up debris and dust in your yard area or forecourt. The SweepMaster restores good impressions and good working conditions by quickly removing any problem dust and dirt, keeping your operation clean and looking sharp.
Farming Operations
Even agricultural operations enjoy the benefits of adding the SweepMaster to their fleet. Heavy machinery moving from one paddock to another can often leave debris and dirt on the road. When the SweepMaster follows, it keeps the road clear for other users, and keeps your farming operation clean too. It’s the easiest way to gather up road debris, clear your yards and keep your tracks clear.
What you get with the SweepMaster is an anyone-can-use-it machine that does exactly what you want it to. Just quicker and more effectively. It cleans away the dirt while keeping away the dust, making it one tidy machine.
